    Hello, I purchased the JetPack plugin for another member: Dad Frog. But this one cannot download the file, it is always the "buy now" button which is present for him. I checked "Yes, I am buying this for another member" and put his member name. We are both sure of it because he helped me by screen sharing on Discord to do it. Please help us with this problem.
