Fix by changing LogToFile(fileNameSuffix, formatedLogMessage, this, timeStamp:false); to LogToFile(fileNameSuffix, formatedLogMessage, this, true);

It would appear that when trying to Move/Remove a custom spawn point, and also when the console logs navmesh missing that the wrong ID is reported... When Removing a spawn of Value "1" with 1 bot, it says there are less then 1 bots When console reports a bad navmesh the ID of the spawnpoint is Lower then reported. With the Navmesh 20 and 21 in-game turned out ot be 20 and 19...
