Man, i just revised all you code, the only thing the Radius do is stop players to build a base inside de radius of another, it isn't affecting the onGather method that you created. If this is intended you need to clarify to the people before before they buy your product, because having online the range of your building as a tax zone is pretty much useless...

And the Radius keep limited to the default cupboard radius
