Assuming you are asking about the amount of objects in the prefab, 1211 Objects in total.

The tower is built using multiple parts, like joining slabs of concrete together to make a round floor. Sometimes some people see flickers. You can try playing with your video card settings, to see if that helps.

 

It does not effect the performance of the tower.
