FoodMartC is a small - med point of interest with no loot, puzzle, alpha, or volumes installed.
I design my prefabs for use on my own server where I use my own style, ascetics, theme, and custom loot/npc spawner. For this reason you will find no volumes, npc spawn points, or loot spawn points. I also keep clutter, additional items like trash, bottle, miss. décor, and things like aging (vines, excessive grass, clutter) to a minimum or non at all.
I leave it to the admin installing this on their map to add the loot and additional décor to suit the server they run rather than force my ideology upon them.
