1. License Grant
Upon payment of the license fee of $10, the purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Firework Artist plugin within a single Rust organization. The plugin may be used on any server operated by the licensed organization but may not be shared with or used by other organizations.
2. Usage Restrictions
Single-Organization Use: This license permits the use of the Firework Artist plugin across any number of servers owned and operated by the licensed organization. Use by multiple organizations requires the purchase of additional licenses.
No Redistribution: You may not distribute, share, or resell the plugin in any form, including as part of a server package or other software bundle.
No Modification: You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Firework Artist plugin without the prior written consent of the author.
No Public Sharing: You may not upload the plugin to any public repository, forum, or website. The plugin is for your organization’s private use only.
3. Updates and Support
Updates: The author may, at their discretion, provide updates or bug fixes to the plugin. These updates will be provided to licensed users at no additional cost.
Support: Basic support is included with your purchase. Support is limited to ensuring the plugin functions as described within your organization’s servers. Extensive customization or troubleshooting beyond the basic installation and usage is not included.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the plugin and destroy all copies of the plugin in your possession or control.
5. Liability
The Firework Artist plugin is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. The author is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the plugin, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or any other issues related to server performance.
6. Governing Law
