License Agreement for DropStopper
PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING DROPSTOPPER ("THE PLUGIN"). BY USING THE PLUGIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin for your personal or commercial purposes in connection with your Rust game server.
Intellectual Property: The Plugin and any accompanying documentation, including but not limited to source code, images, and other related materials, are the intellectual property of the Licensor and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Plugin.
Restrictions: You may not distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Plugin or any portion thereof to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Plugin in any way. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Plugin.
Support and Updates: The Licensor is under no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or new versions of the Plugin. However, the Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide such support or updates.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Plugin, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies of the Plugin in your possession or control.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.
By using the DropStopper Plugin, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not use the Plugin.
