Looking for a plugin / idea

So I run a small server for friends and family, low pop but open to anyone and I ahve been laylouring the gameplay to suit low pop gameplay. 

One thing i'd love to address is I use the "VoteDay" plugin so you can skip night which is all well and good, however many of us have agreed that while it is great to occasionally skip night it would be great if a forced night could be had every now and then. 

I could likely use AI to vibe some BS into existance but I am still morally not willing to infect my view of life with decision so I wanted to see if anyone has suggestions or knows of a similar plugin where you can maybe use server points or only skip X times before there is a cooldown or something to vote, or a plugin that can disable other plugins occasionally so you could simply remove a plugin from Rust occasionally.
