The balance has been deducted, but there are no purchases.

Hello, there’s been some kind of error. I bought a few resources and paid from my account balance, but during the purchase, my computer restarted, and after turning it back on, I found that the balance is zero and there are no purchases.

It appears the invoice was never fully paid and only had the partial account credit. When you went back you started a completely new invoice and paid it instead. I cancelled the partial payment and refunded the account credit.
