Cant get hold of Xacku Mapping

Hi All,

 

I purchased the "Lostly Island" map on Wednesday this week and have not been able to get it working on my server. I have notified the creator and have had no response or acknowledgement as of yet? Is there anyone who can notify him of my issue so he can be made aware of my situation? I see he was online 2 hours ago and still no response from him? This is getting very frustrating as i dont know where im standing with this.

You've done the right thing by opening a support request on its CF page. You might also try joining the creator's discord from the bottom of the description page.

Worse comes to worst, you can request a refund from CF, but I think they usually want you to give the creator a week to respond.

Hi HunterZ,

Thank you for responding to my issue. I dont mind at all giving the create time to investigate but a simple acknowledgement would be appreciated knowing he is aware of it.
