has anyone else ever had power fail and lose data and server not want to start i did have some of it backedup but just want posible fix for future events

get to startup and couldn't load bundles and assets and when i tried to reinstall didnt work so i tried clean install that rust server manager has and had to delete son server boot files for bundle and then when it booted up i seen oxide folder was missing and i could find it even tried data recovery and found empty files no text but had the right names but didnt delete oxide

That's rough. A power state issue shouldn't have caused that, since much of it is never written to file. So something else must have happened as a result of, or as a cause of, the power loss. I'd have that looked into so it doesn't happen again.

i think it started with corrupted startup because it couldn't find the files when it was trying to start then when I try to force clean install oxide folder disappeared  but i had end of last month I found so I'm just make sure to save copy any time I update something so if it does it again i can just use that backup might have been my fault for folder disappearing when I force reinstall
