Program stops after opening Starting window

I had the server running for hours, doing some troubleshooting on the ports. After I fixed it I was working on some other things in the game. 

During a point I changed the name of the server in the settings window and since then when I go to "Start Server" the window will open that says "Starting Server..." but it never does anything beyond that. I have spent hours looking for what could be causing it to not start the server but I can't figure this out. 

I tried a fresh install but it's also doing the same thing.  Can anyone help?

Hmm.. Not sure what it did to cause this but I thought I should share this with you all to see if it helps you. 

I deleted all the files.. the zip and all the folders and then re-downloaded a new zip.. created a new server directory and rand myrustserver.exe... Now it's working... 

This one has me slightly puzzled! But it's working so I will start fresh LOL

Recently, a user also had the error, there Oxide uninstall and reinstall helped.
Sounds stupid but often just restarting the PC helps
