A simple plugin where if a player swipes any keycard puzzle, it announces in the chat that "X Player has activated the [Green/Blue/Red] card puzzle at X Monument!"

This will help PvE servers with high activity so people know when puzzles are being taken and not have to constantly ask in chat if someone is taking a puzzle or announce if they are taking it.
