The idea is as following. 

User starts using a quarry or the giant excavator. The quarry and excavator gets locked for that specific person only. As the idea is to keep others from stealing your content inside of it, is it now more of a claim game where 12 year olds run to a quarry and keeping it theirs for the rest of the wipe.

So, the idea on that is that, if the user goes outside the zone, the quarry or excavator gets unlocked and others can steal their loot.
