completed Rusty Rockets

This is more like hotfix request instead of full request but let's see if someone can do something about it.
There's one simple idea called "FUN BEFORE WIPE" and Rustafied used to do this before in 2017-18 I guess as a manual event before their forced wipes. Staff manually giveall ROCKETS/C4 to everyone and whole server raid like crazy and have fun. There was plugin on uMOD called Rusty Rockets and you set the date/day/etc and and when this exact time comes you type /rustyrocket and get specific items like boom and etc. So anyone can fix this plugin for me and probably for others too. Great plugin but broken... As I remember it compiles good but functionality is not working at all...

Type this request because plugin stays "broken" from 1-2 years and hope here it's more active and someone might be able to help.
