Teleportation

Hello there i am looking for a plugin that allows players to teleport to a few set locations and other players , home. 

Locations would be /lobby and /city

Plugin needs a pop-up notification for player when they receive a teleport request from other player with a small coundown clock and the possibility to accept or refuse the teleport request by clicking on the options Accept/Refuse .

Chat message for when the player declines or accepts the request 

A maximum of 7 set homes   and 5 uses a day

It does but there is no pop-up notification for players when they receive a teleport request. There is only a chat text

Where abouts do you want the pop up to show. Over the weekend I can throw together a simple CUI for it that pops up with a button to accept or reject a request.
