Zone Manager nobuild no deploy

In zone manager making a zone no build true no deploy false does not allow for high walls to be placed due to the plugin seeing them as building and not deploying. Is there anyway to whitelist highwalls or make it so just bags and walls can be placed in a zone?

Did you try start all over again? Place the high walls first, add the zone next and set the zone flags?
