plugin that shows the amount of life remaining in the player

there is a plugin that shows the amount of life remaining on the object, player or npc that was attacked, but I'm not finding it, someone who can tell me what it is?

Is this still needed? I have player target frames I can convert to work with both players and npcs. Let me know.
