Is it allowed to have multiple accounts on Codefling?

I had another account on codefling in another browser with some plugins, so I created this one to buy plugins for my other server, but after 1 month my old account was banned and this one is still here. I don't know if having multiple accounts is considered wrong, could you tell me?
