How do I become a Vendor here?

I have searched the site and must be missing something. I have a few unique Raidable Bases that I would like to package and sell.

On the home page right under the featured files at the top of the page there is a submit a file button.

Thank you! How long does it take on average to get a file approved to be listed for sale? I submitted about 5 days ago.

I submitted mine almost 14 days ago and still waiting. Just stuck in limbo till then it seems.

The speed of accepting bases on the site is very poor. My record is 2 week wait, and things only got moving when I wrote to another moderator. The base moderator not only doesn't review new uploads, but apparently doesn't read mail either.
