Refund

Hi, I've contacted the support bot twice now with a request for a refund following agreement from plugin vendor. On one occassion the conversation seems to have disappeared and now the chat window is gone again.

Can I just get the refund for Train Homes, @jtedal was kind enough to agreed to it. I'd prefer store credit please.

Sorry to hear about the issues you've been having recently. We did indeed disable our live chat option as we were having issues with sessions being reset and our responses being sent into the ether. It will return once we resolve this issue.

As for your refund, I've gone ahead and processed it for you as an account credit. If you need anything else don't hesitate to submit requests here, or on Discord, for the time being.
