Hi I raised an issue with the 'Train Homes' plugin less than an hour after I bought it. It doesn't work, is clearly written by AI and despite numerous attempts to contact plugin author. My ticket been ignored. In addition, I have tried contacting codefling and been stuck with it's AI chatbot for two days. This is after initially raising the issue within an hour of purchase and being asked to contact the plugin author,, which was a reasonable request and again, in good faith. I did this. I am now over a week without a response from the plugin author or a resolution. Similarly, I seem to be in the washing machine for the chat bot. when I raised the issue that the plugin owner has not even acknowledged my support / bug report on the plugin page for over a week.

I am really frustrated at this, I paid 30 dollars for a plugin that is clearly not even out of Beta. It is blocked by permissions issues that cannot be fixed either in config or serverside or with permissions. The author has limited reviews to approval only and even those are a mess and the only 1 star review is the most "liked". I've have bought multiple plugins on this site, always acted in good faith and now when I've finally hit an issue. It seems to be radio silence. I appreciate that codefling needs to strike a balance between customers and devs/user error but this is now untenable. I don't want to issue a chargeback as I appreciate the difficulty that creates. However, if I cannot get a response from the plugin author or codefling within the next two days. I will have no choice but to recover a refund via my bank and also lodge a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

Codefling recently had a vote on poor quality plugins and "AI generated" content and the outcome was clear. Why is it so difficult to get a resolution or even a response on a plugin charging 30 dollars that's not even at beta? I am happy to upload youtube footage of the poor quality if this will expediate the issue?

EDIT: I should also add, I have bought multiple plugins from the "Mad Mappers" group prior to this and never had such an issue.. I have always found them to be of good quality and responsive.

As for our live chat, the bot helps triage when we are not available. It looks like it already assigned you to an operator but we've been busy with backend updates last couple of days. Apologize for the lack of response on that front.

Thank you. I appreciate the response and can appreciate that there is a backlog and happy to wait as I now know it will be addressed.
