NoRaid with in ZoneManager Zones deactivate

Hey Guys,

need some help please. I use NoRaid on an PvE Server with PvP Zones from ZoneManager and TruePVE. So i dont want Raids in the PvE Server but in the PvP raids are allowed. No i have the Problem that it make a difference what i do. Raiding is not possible in PvP Zone. Someone had an Idea an can help?
