How do you make prefabs?

So iv been trying to find a way to make fully custom prefabs one that arnt in game as im seeing people use them a lot on custom monuments could someone give me an idea where to start what to use please?

RustEdit is really the only choice. But I'd have a look at https://codefling.com/prefabs first to see if there's not something similar already made that you can use instead.

im sure its not the prefabs that are actually in rust edit? or stuff like this

Yeah, using RustEdit. It requires quite a bit of skill but it's easy to learn, just hard to master.

Not how to use a prefab that is in the list of prefabs or that you can buy from codefling or elsware.

I watched the video, but it is not what we are asking, we are asking for a tutorial that shows how to create or import a 3D object and prepare that object so it can be imported into rust edit?

Any help or link would be appreciated.
