Please give the developer more then an hour to respond before asking for a refund request. Thats not fair to the developer, and since you have downloaded the file already, we have to wait a reasonable amount of time for the developer to respond.

Also, you haven't even opened a support request specifying the exact nature of the issue you're facing. Support requests are not places to request refunds anyways. You did the right thing by posting here to ask for a refund.

Please update your support request to accurately reflect the problem, instead of just asking for a refund without trying to debug the issue. Then again, as stated previous, please give the developer time to respond.

Is there any update to this refund process? Given the author plenty of time to respond, and only got one response from him on friday January 31st. I responded to him same day he asked a question and he last logged in sunday at 02:05 PM cst. I do not want the plugin anymore, can I please get a refund ?
