F1 Item Spawn - Carbon

There's one or two plugins/harmony mods out there that don't work completely at the moment and certainly not with Carbon.

F1 item spawn for normal players with the following features:

1. Permission based
2. Uses existing f1 spawn gui
3. Ability to block 1, 100 or 1000 buttons
4. Blacklisted items
