Random Item Spawner

Looking for a plugin that will allow you (as admin) to set coordinates for a random item that will drop there every xx seconds, also checking the radius to see if there's already an item there and not spawning if there is?
Should be built using the Scheduled Spawns framework from uMod.  Reply below.  No DMs.
