Add barrels around the map

Is there any free (or paid) plugin to populate/spawn/add barrels around the map like the random spawns game do near radtowns and near caves?
I need it for different maps and I do not want to go into rust edit and paint the whole terrain with the proper topology for each map to make barrels spawn but if nothing else comes will edit it.
My map do not have junkpiles so I can't use the server command to increase population of junkpiles like did with animals population already.
If remember right there was ForestBarrels plugin on uMod or something like this but can't find it anymore. Any ideas appreciated, thanks!
