not working properly

I'd like a refund please as the plug-in I bought from you is not working properly
 

Please describe the problem in a little more detail (send an error message from the console, a picture of the problem, etc.)

I do the command and it doesn't actually hear it says it's a doing something but I don't get the modifier on loot and nothing appears in my inventory as well

and that is for both of them

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Changed Status from Closed to Can't Reproduce

why won't you just fix it

Plugin is working fine. There is nothing to fix. If you have any problems I need more details.
