Could you provide some info:
1. Can I have your server log
2. You don't have the GUI, right? But does the bot react at the chat commands, missions (gather/pickup resources, go to the point)?
3. Can I have your actual config

yes  bot works with chat commands here is my config

with personal animal i get the ui box in right corner with pnpc i don't 

i understand, can you spawn pnpc and provide a server log?

i don't have a server log for it 

you need to spawn a pnpc and check the server console, it's the server log
