cant get into the tuna factory

the keycard reader doesnt work how can i fix this 

Could you tell me what you have done to turn on the card, reader puzzle?

hey, we added the fuse to the fuse box round the back of the tuna factory. then followed the wire to the switch under the water, but the switch doesnt seem to have any interaction
