Bases take no damage (except doors)

I am having a problem where it won't let me raid the bases except through doors. Walls and whatnot take no damage from any explosives, but doors seem to work fine. I don't know what I did wrong. 

Someone please point me in the right direction.

Building Blocks Are Immune To Damage when set true will block that damage. this setting is in the profiles, along with Entities Not Allowed To Be Damaged.

otherwise it's caused by another plugin, but it's not caused by TruePVE or NextGenPVE regardless of the settings in those plugins

I have the same problem on version 2.7.9, players can damage the door but can't damage any wall.

The pluggin was running well before the update and a restart.

 

I dont have truepve or nextgenpve install.

if it's not explicitly blocked in the config or profiles then it is caused by another plugin.

 

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

i have had a few of the issues I see in this support forum occurring (no bases assigned, no spawns) but the only 1 I cannot fix is this specific one. 
I dont seem to have a "block damage" or "immube" set in the servers main config or in the base profiles. We have quite a few plugins installed but I tried to unload all the zone manager ones to test and it does not seem to be related to these plugins.

I attached the oxide/config file and the /data/RB/profiles if you could take a peek.
