Was this just a one off? Or did it happen multiple times?

Also, could you tell me what your server fps limit is please? If you are unsure how to find this, please just type "fps.limit" into the console. Also what is your average server.fps ?

Where was the helicopter when the error happened ? Was it very close to ground or base? 

I can see why the error happened and will fix for next update, just would be good to know when it happened so i can work around it properly.
