did you upload PersonalAnimal config which i've sent to you before?

its not personal animal hun its personal npc

they're working together if you've them both installed, that's why i'm asking

Yea i loaded the config file that you gave me but the personal npc still spawns with no short buttons 

you don't have short buttons but you have the pnpc's GUI? can you send me a screenshot how is the gui looks like on your server?

i have nothing on screen when npc spawns 

i don't really understand the problem. you don't have the GUI right? do you have it in personal animal? try to spawn animal and pnpc and check will be there a gui or not
also does the bot works fine when you don't have a gui? no errors in the console? 

I can get animal spawn no issues and have the panel to control but the npc still nothing and can’t Command it to follow etc 

so he doesn't react at any commands like /pnpc follow and etc.? there should be errors in the server console in this case, do you have them?
