Unable to update config

Just bought and downloaded this and it will not let me modify the config file at all! 

When I first installed it, I uploaded the config in your description and it was working. I modified the 'Overall layer' and it changed it to overlay in my inventory.

Since then, I have deleted and reloaded the plugin many times and no matter what I do, the config file will not update with anything I modify. I've removed the plugin, config, data file, reinstalled and re-added the config from your description, nothing. The panel itself works, but if I can't modify it, it's not useful.

Can you please provide me any insight as to why this may be happening? Would I be able to get a previous version that lots of others are speaking of in the meantime?

"Auto reload [If you change the config and save the file the plugin will reload itself]": true,

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
