Missing the Heli

Hello, have already seen your plugin live on another server and found it very good - so looked for it, found it, bought it and installed it.
Unfortunately it doesn't work now, so I hope you can give me the decisive tip.

The rights are set, I can use it. I also get the grenade, the messages in the chat and the smoke at the grenade too. Only, unfortunately, then simply no helicopter comes.

Once I managed to see one at the other end of the map, but only very briefly, then it simply despawned again.

Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong or where I can look for the error?

The heli in the Convoy plugin works, but even if this is not there, the from this plugin comes if at all for a few seconds on the server and then turns back. He does not attack players, he just flies over them, because they have not called him and then despawns in mid-flight.

Your config is good, and i tried it on my test server with your config and it works fine also. There must be something else causing your issue, maybe a plugin conflict. Are there any console errors?

No, nothing shown up there - no error, but also no message.

Its really a bit strange. Also tryed to restart the Server, but it does not help.

But okay, if there is no (fast) solution, i will try it by myself. Thought you could know, but, if not, no problem, my Server, my work

If you can try it on your server without no other plugins loaded that would show you that it works ok or not

Unfortunately, I have not really solved the problem or at all, but have a suspicion what it is.
There is an interface of the server provider, through which you can set a heli-lifetime, among other things. This was set to 0 minutes, which probably means that nobody spawns. I have now set it to 10 minutes, which is why he now and then turns a small round; However, also far from 10 minutes duration and also only very irregularly. At the moment I'm still undecided how I can better adjust this value, because I really only want to call the heli myself via your plugin. The normal heli should not come, find him too annoying (you do but always something else when he then comes).
You can close this but happy, because the problem seems to be now quite clearly with me. Sorry to have dragged you into this

Changed Status from Pending to Not a Bug

Check that the server ConVar "heli.lifetimeminutes" is not set to 0. This will make the heli immediately retire when spawned, so it will never come.

This was, was i mean. But didn't change my problem.

I've asked the Hoster, but they told me, never before was seen your plugin and they don't know the problem. Not helpful, like always

Another person had the same issue as you and this was the cause. Did you change the value to something other than 0 ? Also, did you use the command "readcfg" in the console after you changed the ConVar, otherwise the server wont recognise the change.

Yes, i changed it to 5, 15 and 360 - the "normal" heli stay this time then, but the Plugin Heli doesn't;

After the update chaos i will try it later again - who knows, new month, new config (again...) ... I will give you feedback again later

Update: Now it seems to work. Changed the config manually and restartet agein the complete server - now i can call him and fight.
