Can i use ItemPost to execute commands?

I want to use ItemPost to give players a Recycler i dont want to directly give it to them in case their inventory is full so i want to use ItemPost so the can claim it when they are ready the command im using to give Recycler is "recycler.give {steam_id}" but im not sure how to get ItemPost to run the command on claim

it is not designed to send commands. which program sends the item? or do you do it yourself in the console?
