Change cooldown settings

I'm hoping someone can lead me in the direction of where I can adjust the cooldown expiration settings.

Hi, all event settings are in the plugin configuration file. As well as all timers. As far as I understand, you want to configure the timers of the waves of attacks, so you need the configuration category "Difficulty levels setting"
