How admin can gift raid to player?

    Is there a way for admin to give player a raid without needing to pay? Im wanting to be able to gift a player say a easy raid but it takes currency from receiving player for example i done command "buyraid easy {steam_id}"  which worked but the player was charged  the value of the raid is there another way to gift raids to players i would still like to keep the buying part in for others to buy when they want
