not deducting targetting computer when reducing timer

im not sure if this is on purpose since if i enable server rewards, no targetting computer is reduced but is it possible to have both srp/econ/scrap + targetting computer deducted as an option instead of just targetting computer or just server rewards? Right now i have server ewards enabled and no targetting computer is being deducted.

a bit of an update, nothing actually works. It does not deduct server rewards and when I accelerate ahcking, it does not reduce server rewards/targetting computer, and the timer does not get reduced. The other buttons do nothing as well. It will say x amount of rp is deducted but really, nothing gets deducted and nothing happens. I see no error in the console
