PVP & PVE chance

hi, I would like to set 50% to spawn a PVE base and 50% to spawn a PVP base.
which option should I set?
I just change the PVP chance to 5.0 and all goes PVE but if I set the chance to 10.0, it all goes PVP.
and I replace "convert PVE to PVP" & "convert PVP to PVE" these 2 options several times, now I just confusing which setting is correct.

I just want to set half chance for PVP and PVE base.

heya. it is 0 to 100 so set it to 50

that overrides convert options when set above 0
