smooth restart

normal restart works fine but the smooth restart does not even start at all 

Make sure you have Smooth Restart selected. It works for me.

yeah it was selected then i set the message at first i thought it was because i wrote it in japanese but i tried english i set it to one so the server would of shut down anyway if i did not select the right one but i can double check again later when i wake up 

To my knowledge smooth restart does not support custom message on restart, I have not found anything about this. If I am wrong, please show me the command so I can change it.

this part here when you select smooth restater you can send a server message works fine with default as i know and im sure does not with smooth restarter currently my jp friends are on the srever so will test it when i wake up because they will be either at work or in bed themselves 

yeah tried again with smooth restart set the timer to 60 default did not do anything set it to 1 second still nothing and while it was selected to smooth restart i pressed the stop sever did nothing. so it seems on my end while i have smooth restarter selected the entire ui for for restart server and stop and the timer and the message does not function works fine with the default server restart select all the ui while that is select functions as intended is there any commands i can press to try and debug this for you chap since its doing on my side and not yours ?
