Testing plugin.

FTP file to .cs to oxide\plugins

o.reload all

Open config JSON, set fuel to 75

o.reload all

Testing, nothing happens.

Validated no errors in .cs or JSON

can you please confirm permission is applied to player that should receive the warning

Confirmed. Tried on an default player as well.  Tried both direct permission, and group permission.
