could npc be nude?

is it able to make a nude(no wear any equipment, only weapon) npc? and how?

Essentially just change their config in the data file to be something like this, you just remove or add whatever you want them to have.

This is an NPC with no worn items and only a pistol and syringes. Just don't ask where they keep them.
