no loading in oxide folder

    Ive uploaded the welcomepanel.json file to my oxide plugin folder but nothing happens after server reset althought the file is still there? please help im using streamline as a sevrer host.

    Standard installation by dropping plugin file WelcomePanel.cs into plugin folder root/oxide/plugins at your server. After successful installation you should be able to see message in your rcon console Loaded plugin WelcomePanel by David.
