When sending an mp4 from dropbox i get the following error 

Unfortunately, the link must end with '.mp4'
Dropbox unfortunately didn't work for this plugin.

I still can't get the player to play 

WTF 85MB???????? Whay? 
Even my internet connection downloads such a file for 15 min

The best solution will be an FTP server. Put the recordings there and change the permissions to public.

Also beware of large files. Try to keep the files as small as possible.
