ik hwo to put the server on. and i have but i cant do what u say i need to to be able to play it propeerly

they looked at the map and its a problem with the map

theres spome problems with the build stuff.

Please place a copy of what they have said is wrong with the map here.

Also have they installed the DLL for you ?

I have checked the latest version of the map and functions correctly, have you tried the latest version ?

the server host i use have about 600 custom maps hostyed with them and thsi si the first time that they heard of this so its a problem with the map. 

I smell bs, this map file functions correctly and has been thoroughly tested. 

and yes i tryed the recent pone and it didnt work. could i just get my money back please

Unfortunately due to no evidence or cooperation provided by you or the third-party support, I will not be issuing a refund. 

seriusly. i have tryed downloading both of the files u sent me and i cant. they alos investigated files and said its somthing to do with the map.

No you cannot have a refund, I have suggested to Stranger not to give one. You have downloaded a functioning map and now are requesting a refund without any proof of it not working.  I have tested this map and it functions perfectly, please state what your hosting provider is claiming is wrong with the map ?

do u want me to load into the custom map and take a screenshpot of what it says when i tyr and build?

i have added mods that are suposed to fix it. and it hasnt

i have done as mutch as i can as i dont have alot of money and this was alot for me and i dont want to wast it

and they dont know whats wrong with it. they never had this problem before and 100s of servers with custom maps are hosted with them
