does not work

i tried uploading this to the harmony folder and it says access denied.  how do i fix this?

I don't know how to help you, that seems a permission issue with your provider, did you tried opening a ticket to them stating that you would like to use harmony mods with rust and can't upload them ?

can this be installed using oxide?
