It is not working at all.

Players are not banned even though they have been reported many times.
Also, I have the "Discord Reports Webhook URL" set but no chats are being sent.

Can you delete everything and reinstall the plugin. (Config, data, etc., Make sure to copy the data file)

Sorry for the insane late reply, codefling didn't show this up as a notification. You can test it by getting a user to report someone and then checking the data file.
