Plugin not working

Hello. I have plugins installed Custom Status Framework (1.0.10), Timed Permissions In Statusbar (1.2), TimedPermissions (1.6.0) but it does not work for me, I can not understand why. I gave myself a group (VIP status) with the name VIP Pro (vip_pro) as well as a backpack with 48 slots, but nothing is displayed. The plugin does not display any permission or group. In the configuration, I tried to make only one item, either a permission or a group, but that doesn't work either.
